/How we de-risk delivery
We neutralise bottlenecks before they bite.
We run a risk-based “Constraint Horizon”, drawn from Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints, to name the bottlenecks a program will hit and clear them before they land. We map the predictable ones (stakeholder delays, technical dependencies) across phases and line up approvals and decisions ahead of them. We bake change and adoption in, because misaligned accountabilities sink the outcome even when the build ships clean. Three habits keep it on track.
