What happens if I exceed the monthly included hours?

We’ll notify you as you approach your cap (75% used). You’ll never be hit with surprise charges. If you do exceed the included hours, additional work is billed at our standard rate of $1,500/day, but only with your written pre-approval. You stay in control.

We provide you with a dedicated support portal. Every request is tracked through its lifecycle and measured against SLAs.

What’s included in purchased hours?

All Atlassian admin and support tasks, including:

Do you work directly inside our Jira instance?

Yes. We operate as delegated administrators via direct access to Jira’s admin console, using either named or service accounts, with appropriate safeguards and client oversight.

When you provide us with a site administrator account in line with your internal IT security policies, one of our agents will be dedicated to your account, and any escalated work by senior consultants will use an additional accout as required. We follow best-practice governance and always document major changes or decisions.
