Product: Sapper PMO (the “App”) — an Atlassian Forge application distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace

By installing or using the App you agree to this End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”). This EULA supplements, and should be read with, the Sapper PMO Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Licence Grant

Subject to this EULA and payment of any applicable fees, Softwired Digital Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App within your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance(s) for your internal business purposes during the subscription term. “Use” includes the App’s investment-governance surfaces — project Health, Investment Thesis, Work Packages, RAID, Decisions, Changes, Portfolio Health, and the Sapper PMO Copilot (Rovo agent).

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
Rent, lease, resell, sublicense, or use the App to provide a service to third parties
Circumvent licence limits, usage tiers, or technical restrictions
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose

You remain responsible for account management, for restricting administrator access to authorised personnel, and for your organisation’s compliance with applicable law and data-governance policies.

3. Customer Data

You retain all ownership rights in your Customer Data — including the governance records you create in the App (work packages, the Investment Thesis, RAID items, decisions, changes, status and audit history) and the Jira/Confluence data the App reads on your behalf. Softwired accesses this data solely to provide the service, to respond to support requests, and to comply with law, as described in the Sapper PMO Privacy Policy. All App-stored data resides in Atlassian Forge app-scoped storage within your Jira instance’s region and is deleted automatically when the App is uninstalled; your underlying Jira issues and Confluence pages are unaffected.

4. Warranties

Softwired warrants that the App will perform materially as documented when used as intended. Except for this express warranty, the App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. The App depends on Atlassian Forge and Jira Cloud, which Softwired does not control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwired is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Softwired’s total aggregate liability under this EULA will not exceed the fees you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months, or AUD $1,000 for trial (non-paying) users. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

6. Support

Support is provided by email at help@softwired.com.au, with a target response time of 7 business days. Support excludes third-party (Atlassian or other) issues, training, and bespoke configuration. There is no phone or 24/7 support.

7. Term and Termination

This EULA applies while the App is installed. You may cancel at any time via the Atlassian Marketplace and uninstall the App; App-stored data is deleted on uninstallation. Either party may terminate for material breach with a 30-day cure period. Softwired may suspend or terminate access for breach, delinquent accounts, or where required by law. On termination your licence ends immediately.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
