Build a solution is custom software for one of your core processes. You pay for the build once, you own it, and adding people never adds a seat fee.
It’s for owners and ops leads who want a core process fixed, not AI training. If that process runs on a tool that gets in the way, this is where to start. We build software that fits the process and connects to the systems you already rely on, so the real work doesn’t have to live in spreadsheets beside the tool.
Tell us which process gives you the most trouble and what you pay per seat for it now, and we’ll tell you what we’d build and what we’d leave alone. Sometimes the answer is to keep the tool you have, and we’ll say so.
Rented platforms charge by the seat, whether someone logs in daily or once a quarter. The price also covers features you never use, and others built for someone else’s business. You can’t easily say what the subscription buys you, and people keep the real work in spreadsheets and email.
So the process bends to fit the tool. Each new tool adds a login, and another set of data, cut off from the rest, that someone has to reconcile by hand before anyone trusts the numbers.

Our AI software engineers design and build the platform, integrate it with the software you already rely on, and put AI on the repetitive steps your people would rather not do.
You pay for the build once, then you own it. When your process changes, we add to the software and grow it with you.
We build exactly what your business needs, and we keep it minimal. You don’t pay for features you’ll ignore.
The platform connects to the software you already use, and we help you retire the rented tools you no longer need.
You pay for the build once. Then it’s built, and you own it. When you hire, nobody sends a new seat bill.
We’ll recommend the model that suits each job and your data rules, and the choice is yours. You stay free to change provider later.
The steps and deliverables above are what it includes. Before any of that, we sit with the people who run the process day to day.
Your process doesn’t bend around a generic design, and your team isn’t left learning features they’ll never use.
We can also help maintain it afterwards, and we strongly advise that you let us.
Our view is that AI does its best work when it augments the processes your team already runs. We have spent years on process improvement, systems integration and automation, and it’s work we enjoy. More and more, we expect to fix those same problems by augmenting the process with AI.
In our view, models are becoming a utility. Where we see the value is in how they’re wrapped. We recommend one for each job, and you decide.

Add up the seats first. A rented platform charges per seat, per month, and the bill grows with every hire. At list prices published in October 2026, the professional tiers of well-known CRMs run from about A$90 to A$155 per seat per month. For a team of 25, over five years, that is roughly A$140,000 to A$230,000 in seat fees alone. Software you build once typically costs a fraction of that, though every build is different, and adding people doesn’t add a seat fee.
Those figures use annual billing and the list price today, and assume no price rises. They are for a CRM. Your own tools will differ, so bring your numbers and we’ll work through them with you.
It may well be the right tool. If your process is standard, a rented one can be the sensible choice, and we’ll say so. The question is what you get for the fee. The Zylo 2026 SaaS Management Index and Productiv’s 2023 State of SaaS report both found that organisations use roughly half of the seats they pay for. And a low fee doesn’t count the hours your people spend working around features that don’t fit.
Someone has to, because software needs updates, security patches and a person who knows it. A subscription folds the cost of all that into the fee. With software you own, the decision is yours, and we’d be glad to take it on.
