Glanceable Boards keeps both teams on the same Jira issues, presented the way each side works. Picture covers, colour-coded labels and lists you name yourself. Move a card and Jira moves with it.

How it sits with Jira

Glanceable Boards is a project page inside Jira. Cards are the issues already in that project. Board membership is a JQL scope you set. Position on the board is stored as an issue property. Jira still owns titles, descriptions, comments, assignees, attachments and permissions.

Your permissions, automation and reporting keep working. Hand work to the delivery squad and it is the same issue they already track.

Runs on Atlassian

Built entirely on Atlassian Forge. Board settings live in Forge storage. Optional board background images live in Forge Object Store. Nothing is copied to Softwired servers, and the app makes no network calls outside your own tenant.

Free for teams under 10 Jira users. USD $0.50 per user per month above that, billed through Atlassian.
