Retail

Retail and consumer health move on launch dates and trading calendars. A slipped go-live costs a season. A regulated product has to clear compliance before it ships, whatever the calendar says. We led Metagenics' direct-to-consumer launch: a Shopify Plus build carrying 280+ regulated labels, delivered in 6 months, on budget, and with zero stock-outs.

A new channel is the easy part to draw and the hard part to land. The risk lives in the seams: the revenue still flowing through the old channel while you stand up the new one, the regulated artwork that can't ship a day late, the in-house team that has to run it after you leave.

We run the governance that holds those seams together: explicit go/no-go gates, a risk register the board can actually read, and adoption built in so the channel keeps performing. Then we hand it to a team that can run it long after we're gone.

Where we've done this

We rebuilt our website without touching the tools

We rebuilt softwired.com.au without operating a single tool by hand. Design, copy, CMS, and integrations all ran through an LLM, driven by prompts, skills, and agents working to acceptance criteria. It's our own delivery method, run on ourselves first.
