By installing or using the App you agree to this End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"). Read it with the Glanceable Boards Privacy Policy.
Subject to this EULA and payment of any applicable fees, Softwired Digital Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App within your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance(s) for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
You may not:
You remain responsible for limiting administrator access to authorised people, and for keeping your organisation within applicable law and its own data-governance policies.
You keep all ownership rights in your data. The App puts a view over the Jira issues you already own. It stores three things: board settings, an optional board background image, and per-card settings written onto your own Jira issues as issue properties. Softwired reaches none of it. The App runs inside Atlassian Forge, calls nothing outside your own tenant, and Softwired runs no servers for it. Delete a board and its settings go with it. Uninstall the App and your Jira issues stay as they are. The Glanceable Boards Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
Softwired warrants that the App will perform materially as documented when used as intended. Except for this express warranty, the App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. The App depends on Atlassian Forge and Jira Cloud, which Softwired does not control. Nothing in this EULA excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwired is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Softwired's total aggregate liability under this EULA will not exceed the fees you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months, or AUD $1,000 for trial (non-paying) users. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Softwired supports the App by email at help@softwired.com.au and aims to reply within 7 business days. Support does not cover third-party problems (Atlassian's or anyone else's), training, or bespoke configuration. There is no phone line and no 24/7 cover.
This EULA applies while the App is installed. You may cancel at any time via the Atlassian Marketplace and uninstall the App. Either party may terminate for material breach with a 30-day cure period. Softwired may suspend or terminate access for breach, delinquent accounts, or where required by law. On termination your licence ends immediately.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
